CUSTOMER SERVICE:

At, ARESCOM, we are committed to nothing short of excellence regarding the support we provide to all our customers before, during and after your sale.

You can contact us in many ways: On-line, by phone, or via fax. No matter which method you choose, you will find our ARESCOM Customer Service Support Staff to be concerned, knowledgeable and helpful. Remember, we are not satisfied until you are. Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling of your new equipment. Following these guidelines will make your experience with Customer Service easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions.

Receiving Your Order:
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

Upon receipt of your new ARESCOM equipment from ARESCOM Direct, please inspect it carefully as to it's contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to ARESCOM with two (2) business days of receipt of the merchandise. In the event that your package arrives damaged or is missing parts, it is the sole responsibility of the consumer to fully inspect the contents of that packaging upon receipt to assure full refund or re-placement value. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the ARESCOM's packaging. We cannot accept any equipment that is returned with either damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.
Keep your Invoice with your important records. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment.

Return / Exchange Policy
Our policy is that you may return or exchange an item, excluding any
shipping charge, within a period of thirty (30) days for ARESCOM Equipment, when defective, will be exchanged for the same model ONLY. Special Order items are not returnable. Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST call Tech Service for pre-approval and obtain an RMA number. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions. Place the ARESCOM's package into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your
protection, make sure to insure the package. ARESCOM cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE EQUIPMENT

If any of the above conditions are not met, ARESCOM reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of not less then 15% of the overall purchase price.

Warranties

ARESCOM Corp.("ARESCOM") warrants that its hardware products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Subjected to the conditions and limitations set forth below, ARESCOM will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its product(s) that prove defective by reasons of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired or replaced products will be provided by the equipment provider, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. In no event will ARESCOM's liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

ARESCOM products are covered by this warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation by the equipment provider.

THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS. WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ARESCOM SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. No ARESCOM dealer, against or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective ARESCOM
products. ARESCOM is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of ARESCOM products.
