(Question) Can I hook up more than one PC to use my DSL service? Can I share a DSL line with two or more computers using a simple hub?

Answer: At this time, the MSN internet service is designed to connect a single computer to the internet.

If you wish to connect two or more computers, you will need to purchase an Ethernet router. ARESCOM offers the AresGate Wireless Ethernet Router or the EZ Rider Pro, an Ethernet based router complete with an internal 56k modem, in the event that you lose your DSL connection.

(Question) If I have more than 4 phones at home, and my DSL connection is not working, is it normal?

Answer: In order to have phones work if they are all on the same phone line as your DSL circuit, you will need to have 4 line splitters installed to use the phones at the same time as your DSL connection.
