(Question) I purchased
my DSL unit from a third party. Can I use this unit with my current
DSL service?
Answer: Since these units were originally obtained through the
original owner's ISP/DSL line provider, ARESCOM WILL NOT provide technical
support for units that were purchased from a third party, as these units
were specially manufactured to work with the original ISP/DSL line provider.

(Question) If I have
more than 4 phones at home, and my DSL connection is not working, is
it normal?
Answer: In order to have phones work if they are all on the same
phone line as your DSL circuit, you will need to have 4 line splitters
installed to use the phones at the same time as your DSL connection.
Please contact your ISP/DSL provider to obtain the necessary line splitters.
