Go to Arescom's web site and download the latest Apex Manager and Firmware and save them in your local drive. DO NOT upgrade the Apex Manager prior to the Firmware.

In Apex Manager, go to the Tools feature and click the Upgrade Firmware tab.

From Upgrade Firmware, select the appropriate drive, directory, and file folder to locate the firmware file. Choose the firmware file (*.bin) and then click Upgrade.

The router will reboot by itself. At this moment you can run the executable file and upgrade your Apex Manager by double clicking on the executable software file (*.exe) you downloaded to your local drive. Please follow the on-screen instructions.

Reboot your PC and run the Apex Manager.
