Overview
ACSI Program partners are eligible to enroll in ARESCOM's Product Training & ACNA Certification Program. This program consists of three levels. By successfully completing all three Product Training levels, ACSI partners will qualify for ACNA Certification.

Enrollment into this program is limited to ARESCOM partners only. Please fill out the ACSI application form to become a partner if you are interested in this program.

Product Training Course Description

Level I

Course: AC1000

Description:

Introduction to CDS 6000 MTU (Multi-Tenant Unit) DSL Service Platform and DSL Technology Overview.

This basic course provides a general introduction to ARESCOM's CDS 6000 Platform, as well as an overview of some of the popular DSL Technologies currently implemented within ARESCOM's product line. This includes ADSL, VDSL, EVDSL and G.SHDSL.

The course will provide a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of the CDS 6000 Platform, as well as the different flavors of DSL technology.

Level II

Course: AC2000

Description:

CDS 6000 System Management and Administration

This is an ARESCOM Hardware Installation and Software Application course. This course was developed for ACSI members responsible for Operations, Administration, Maintenance, Provisioning, Billing and Property Management Systems (PMS). On completion of this level, program members should be able to easily install, setup, configure and troubleshoot their CDS 6000 platforms.

Level III

Course: AC3000

Description:

Advanced CDS 6000 Installation, Troubleshooting & Application

This level will give the ACSI trainees an opportunity to work together on mock "Out in the field" type of application scenarios. It will also cover advanced troubleshooting cases and completing the course with a final certification test.

This level will also cover how to contact the ARESCOM Technical Support Team for any future, 3rd Level Support that may be required in the field by those completing this course.

Finally, the 24-hour Product Replacement Process will be discussed, so trainees have a complete understanding of how the ARESCOM RMA (Return Material Authorization) process is conducted.
