Founded in the Silicon Valley, in 1996, ARESCOM INC. designs, manufactures and markets a comprehensive line of broadband Internet access solutions, ranging from the most sophisticated and complex MTU DSL service platforms for the burgeoning MTU commercial and residential marketplace to the most simple DSL bridge/modem CPE solutions for the home and small business user. All ARESCOM DSL broadband access solutions include easy-to-use GUI-based remote management software packages for simplified setup and extensive network management capabilities. Currently, ARESCOM's DSL broadband access equipment is being widely deployed by major state telecommunication carriers, ISPs, and SOHOs throughout the USA, Asia, and Europe. Some of the items available include a variety of official company long-sleeve shirts, pens, hats, mugs, and other promotional items. Program members will also enjoy full demand-generation Sales & Marketing support with qualified sales leads and business referrals. Our dedicated Sales force will promptly distribute qualified corporate leads and referrals to you based on distinct business and regional mapping to ensure they are placed in the correct hands. This includes joint-sales calls and web referral support via our company website ACSI Program. ARESCOM will handle all ACSI partner support issues directly to ensure the quality of service that your organization provides to your customer. All ACSI Partners also qualify as an official ARESCOM Beta-Tester for new ARESCOM products. Beta-testers will have the opportunity to provide valuable product feedback to both Marketing and Engineering to improve overall product quality and performance (including hardware performance, software bugs, technical documentation, compatibility issues, etc.) 24-hour Product Return Procedure ARESCOM offers a very complete RMA program, as outlined in ARESCOM Product Return. ACSI Partners may also participate in the Demo Equipment Program, which
allows each Partner to purchase a complete set of product demo units
directly from ARESCOM for demo purposes. Your ARESCOM Sales representative
will determine the discount price for each demo unit. Each ACSI Partner will receive an ACSI Product Catalog, providing a complete list and detailed description of all available ARESCOM products. Products include ARESCOM's MTU (Multi-Tenant Unit) ADSL and VDSL Broadband platform and its host of companion CPE solutions, including Wireless solutions. Product Training & Certification Program
The ARESCOM Certified Network Administrator(ACNA) Certification
Program To qualify for ACNA Certification, Program Members must successfully complete the required coursework for all three Product Training Levels.
