Attention Earthlink Customers:

It has come to the attention of Earthlink and ARESCOM that there have been some intermittent issues with the power supplies on ARESCOM DSL modems supplied to Earthlink customers. ARESCOM is committed to providing world class products, service and support and therefore will replace the power supplies at no charge to our valued customers. In order to receive your replacement power supply, please follow the following instructions.

NOTE: ONLY FILL OUT THE FORM IF IT IS AN ARESCOM SUPPLIED EQUIPMENT.



  1. Check the serial number on the back of the power supply. If the serial number does not end with a Q or QC, then fill out the form below and ARESCOM will ship you a new power supply at no charge.
  2. If the serial number ends with a Q or QC, then your power supply is not affected.
  3. When you have received the new power supply, discard the original power supply. Do not return the old power supply to ARESCOM.
