DHCP Client

EZRider as a DHCP-Client will enable EZRider to accept dynamically assigned IP address from ISP

Assumption

Use EZRider window GUI manager for configuration
Using ATT @Home cable modem service
Using EZRider firmware and software version 4.11

Key Configuration

• Router Configuration
  
  1. From EZRider manager > Configuration > General Configuration > Administrative Security > enters the name of router as the name which ATT @Home initially assigned to the computer.
  2. From EZRider manager > Configuration > WAN Configuration > enable Dynamically Receive WAN IP Address.
  3. Delete any entry in the Gateway IP Address if any.
  4. Hit Apply then Finish to save the configuration.
  5. Reboot or power cycles the router. The router will obtain IP address assignment automatically from @Home
