ARESCOM Deploys DSL CPE Solutions to MSN

FREMONT, CA - March 14, 2001- ARESCOM, INC., a global provider of broadband infrastructure equipment for telecommunications carriers, ISPs, and CLECs announced today that it has been chosen by MSN to be a supplier of its ADSL CPE solution for its deployment of MSN HighSpeed consumer broadband DSL service.

Under terms of the contract, ARESCOM will serve as one of MSN's CPE solution providers for its MSN HighSpeed DSL service program. ARESCOM's CPE solution was chosen because of its engineering capabilities and the unique features ARESCOM is able to provide in its products, which will help accelerate nationwide DSL deployment for the MSN HighSpeed DSL service program.
