Las Vegas, (January 5, 2000) - On January 6th to the 9th, at CES 2000 (The International 2000 Consumer Electronics Show) in the Las Vegas Convention Center, ARESCOM Inc., a leading provider of cutting-edge DSL modem and router solutions today demonstrated widespread interoperability with numerous key DSLAM vendors. At the Show's DSL Forum Showcase, Arescom partnered with Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, as well as other major DSLAM players to exhibit unprecedented DSLAM interoperability on its sleek new NetDSL 1800 ADSL Router, one of the rising stars of Arescom's new xDSL NetDSL Router Family.

As demand for DSL technology gains growing momentum in the SME(small and medium enterprises) and SOHO(small office/home office) markets, DSL Router/DSLAM interoperability has become a critical decision-making factor for customers who want to purchase CPE equipment from vendors and retailers without being burdened with DSLAM compatibility concerns.
