Fremont, CA -November 15, 2001 - ARESCOM, INC., a global provider

its newest product addition to its Multi-Tenant Unit (MTU) CDS 6000
DSL Service Platform: the ARESCOM 6020 20-port ADSL Concentrator. This
new multi-port, high-density ADSL Concentrator module is an essential
component to the overall MTU CDS 6000 DSL Service Platform, enabling
Property Managers, ISPs, and System Integrators to conveniently expand
and grow their DSL service platform to accommodate a maximum number
of DSL subscribers on an as-needed basis.
"Our customers in the hospitality and MTU marketplaces continue
to require higher density concentrators to serve large MTU environments,"
