Job Description
Complete all phases of quality assurance testing for networking software products, applications and tools to develop and maintain quality standards. Define and specify application/tools quality assurance processes. Test software, hardware and system integration and regression. Develop various testing strategies and methods on BIOS, device driver and communication protocols for ISDN router/modem. Develop test plans, test cases and procedures for networking software applications and tools. Conduct software coding and testing using C and Assembly languages.
Requirements
MSCS or related field plus one (1) year experience. Will accept candidate with BSCS plus equivalent (minimum 3 years) experience.

Job Description
Design, develop and maintain the enterprise applications. Java, Script and HTML programming skills are required. Experiences in J2EE Servlet/JSP/EJB and Database schema design are also required. Hand on experience with Application Server (such as JBOSS or WebLogic) and Database (such as MySQL or Oracle) is highly preferred. Familiar with Microsoft.NET, Perl, CGI ,C/C++ and VB is a plus.

Job Description
Provide customer and technical support for guests who want to use the Arescom Hospitality Network for High Speed Internet Access and Video on Demand services.
Log customer call and status information.
Close cases when problems have been resolved, provide customer callbacks when necessary.
Escalate customer issues as defined in the customer support escalation policy.
Communicate network issue and confirm closure/resolution to customer.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1) Basic knowledge and navigation skills of the Windows Operating System.
2) Basic concept understanding of hardware, software, and networking configurations.
3) Basic understanding of DSL and other broadband mediums.
4) Communication and Customer Service skills.
